Rihanna's 'Umbrella' Reigns Again Atop Hot 100

Rihanna begins a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Umbrella," which is the chart's greatest gainer at radio. The Def Jam album from which it is drawn, "Good Girl Gone Bad," debuted yesterday at No. 2 on The Billboard 200. "Umbrella" remains ahead of Shop Boyz' "Party Like a Rockstar," which is No. 2 on the Hot 100 for a third consecutive frame.

The next three slots on the chart remain unchanged over last week, with T-Pain's "Buy a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" at No. 3, Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" at No. 4 and Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder" at No. 5. After leaping 27-16 last week, Plain White T's soar to No. 6 with "Hey There Delilah," while Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" slides 6-7.

Justin Timberlake's "Summer Love" remains at No. 8, while Huey's "Pop, Lock & Drop It" hold at No. 9. Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" rockets 48-10 to round out the top tier thanks to a 160% digital sales spike (78,000 downloads). The British vocalist performed the song on the June 3 MTV Movie Awards. Winehouse also re-enters the chart with "You Know I'm No Good" featuring Ghostface Killah at No. 78
